    Once you book, you’ll get a link to a short questionnaire to fill out along with sharing your materials to identify where you’d like to go and specific challenges to tackle.

  • 2 — Chat

    Cate will review what you’ve shared and you’ll hop on a Zoom together. She’ll ask you a few more questions and share a couple of suggestions to make sure you’re on the same page.

  • 3 — Deliver

    You’ll get Cate’s full Rx delivered in video and written form. It will include clear direction, tangible feedback, and suggested edits that you can implement right away.

  • Cate brings a diverse blend of relevant disciplines honed over the last 20 years and counting, including brand voice development, career and content strategy, editorial direction, and coaching. For the past 5 years, she has integrated her toolkit into developing and leading the EV approach, which has supported many creative and dynamic professionals in successfully shifting their work. In that time, she has crafted, edited, and given feedback on countless resumes, portfolios, and LinkedIn profiles.

  • Cate’s expertise is in positioning for career changes, translating work from one field or discipline into another, integrating diverse experience into a cohesive story, and elevating how you’re sharing your work overall. She’ll share feedback that she feels will make the most impact in those areas based on what you need. She won’t be giving edits on every sentence or bullet point, but she’ll share specific examples that you can apply throughout.

  • Cate needs to have something to work with, but it doesn’t have to be perfect by any means: that’s why this exists! Share your materials in whatever state they’re in, even if it’s a s%&tty first draft or written by ChatGPT. If there’s missing information, drop in a few bullet points for context.

    This is a 100% judgment-free zone and Cate’s seen it all.
